Alex begins this week's show with his thoughts on Cyd Zeigler's op-ed on sports' embrace of suspensions instead of cancellations to correct regretful tweets and statements from athletes. Much like Cyd, Alex agrees that education is the best way to fight bigotry.

Ahead of the men's Sweet 16, Alex also highlights underdog Oral Roberts University's history of anti-LGBTQ policies. Follow Alex on Twitter, @AlexReimer1.
