1991年在美國喬治亞州成軍的搖滾CCM樂團-Third day，團名取自於耶穌死後第三天復活與重生的意思。
樂團的曲風，從重搖滾到南方鄉村搖滾，抒情敬拜，甚至加上電音節奏，他們總是能夠擄獲聽眾的耳朵。 

樂團成立前10年就已經累積超過600萬張的專輯銷售紀錄。從葛萊美到金鴿獎他們的得奬及入圍紀錄已經不勝枚舉，但是告示牌行榜上面的常勝軍。
