Video calls are on the rise. With more people working from home, remote working (or living in isolation because of a global pandemic) and with so many tools available to help us, more and more people are making use of video calls even for personal use too.

But what about for someone like me who is deaf/hard of hearing? Could I make video calls? Am I able to hear or take part in conversations? In this episode, I share my (and the keyword is "my") way of taking and making video calls. The key is to make use of technology and the environments to my advantage.
