Growing up in Massachusetts in a family of professional skiers, Dakota Woodworth discovers the love of hockey. Playing mostly close to home for the majority of her life, the internal battle between wanting a change and staying within the familiar confines of hockey on the east coast, weighed heavily throughout Woodworth's journey. Little did she know, the change she was looking for would rest in Calgary, Alberta and has helped elevate her both personally and in her hockey career.
