The Health Empowerment Program is a 12 week integrative health system designed to

The development of higher states of consciousness liberates us from limitation. The tools to attain this range from journaling to meditation to a deep commitment to self awareness.

Body

The healing intelligence of the body awakens through healthier nourishment habits, learning how to deeply relax, set healthier personal boundaries and resolve internal conflict.

Spirit

Connecting with our spiritual life is key. Letting go of attachments and the illusion of separation helps us live fully in a state of gratitude and finally realize who we truly are. The results we’ve seen in those who have fully committed to our process have been outstanding: From the lowering of biological markers, anxiety levels and fears; to seeing
tumors shrinking and eventually reaching full remission!
