Andy Furman and Bucky Brooks break down a loaded weekend of football, from Jeremiah Smith’s incredible dominance at Ohio State and the growing Heisman buzz to Notre Dame, Miami and Alabama making their cases as legitimate national championship contenders. The guys turn to the NFL to debate whether Deshaun Watson and the surprising Browns are for real, what’s gone wrong with the Texans, why Kirk Cousins and Brock Bowers have the Raiders rolling, and whether Trevor Lawrence has closed the gap on Joe Burrow. Plus, Ask Bucky and The Blame Game tackle the proposed 24-team College Football Playoff, Aaron Rodgers’ struggles, mounting pressure on Matt LaFleur in Green Bay, the Eagles and Rams searching for answers, and plenty more from a wild weekend of football.
