Dr. Rhonda Simmons offers a unique blend of expertise that includes over 30 years in senior ministry and 15 years in education as a teacher and school principal. She is the founder/CEO of a nonprofit organization, The Simmons Empowerment Foundation Inc. (TSEFI). Its vision is to provide a home for unwed teen moms by offering safe housing and opportunities for personal growth and development. As a Master Certified Student Success Coach for TSEFI’s Dear Future Me: The Coaching Program®, Dr. Simmons empowers at-risk students through coaching sessions that are designed to improve their college, career, and military readiness. Additionally, Dr. Simmons leads a thriving coaching practice specifically for Christian women in ministry and leadership by helping them balance their marriages, ministries, and careers. Through all of Dr. Simmons’s coaching programs, she provides support and transformation for her clients that lead them to a place of selfdiscovery, wholeness, and empowerment. Dr. Simmons earned her Doctor of Educational Leadership from Liberty University in 2024. She is the author of multiple bestselling books and most recently was nominated as the #1 International Christian Devotional Author. She lives in Texas with her husband, Jeff, the love of her life and her lifelong friend.
