In this week's Q&A Show, Dr. Rogers answers your questions!

This week's questions:

1.  A local PCP stated that taking Zinc long term could affect your heart function.  His recommendation was to only take Zinc for 7-10 days if you thought you were getting a respiratory virus.  What is your opinion?

2.  One of the stated side effects of Quercetin is kidney damage if taken in higher doses.  What is your opinion of a person taking Quercetin if they have only one kidney?

3. My recent Vitamin D level was 13. My doctor called in a prescription but the last time I took it, my hair came out in huge amounts. Any suggestions?

4. Herd Immunity Update
