《日本味道》是日本全才艺术家北大路鲁山人历年来谈吃论食的文章。鲁山人曾创办会员制餐厅“美食俱乐部”“星冈茶寮”,开一代美食之风。主张“餐具是料理的衣服”,设立星冈窑,从事制陶。鲁山人主导的菜肴和陶器制作均不拘一格,恰如其人,独立特行。其料理美学影响了整个日本的饮食理念,直至今天。
