On the November 7, 2023 episode of /Film Daily, /Film editor Ben Pearson is joined by /Film editor BJ Colangelo to talk about the latest film and TV news, including the Echo trailer, Zack Snyder’s Rebel Moon, and the new Peanuts movie.

Opening Banter:

In The News:

• Marvel's Blade Reboot Will Be Rated R, According To Its Director
• Any other R-rated properties you think Marvel should tackle? Thunderbolts, Armor Wars, Avengers sequels - they won’t do it with X-Men proper or Fantastic Four - maybe a new Punisher?
• I saw a comment on an old Reddit thread where someone was arguing that there shouldn’t be any R-rated MCU movies aside from something like Deadpool, which doesn’t impact the ongoing narrative, because that rating makes it inaccessible to the kids who love these stories. Do you have any thoughts about that? (HP example)
• Marvel's Echo Trailer Teases The Origin Of Kingpin's Adopted Mercenary
• Echo Will Introduce New Marvel Spotlight Banner, For People Who Hate Doing MCU Homework
• Could the MCU ever evolve to a place where just the Avengers movies are interconnected?
• Echo's Incredibly Violent New Trailer (And Hulu Release) Suggest A Very Different Path Forward For Marvel
• Is It Time To Let The MCU Just Die?
