Excuses are your ego's main output. It's the summary of what your ego sees of the world. The "why we can't" or "why we shouldn't have to." As a leader, how can you respond to not the excuse itself, but the person behind it? How do you move people beyond ego? I thought we'd sit down just you and me today and talk about just that.
