Deanna Tomaselli of Havas PR got her start in public relations just as social media was becoming a crucially important tool for communication.  Her PR experience spans 10 years, and she's managed her share of Facebook crises. We talked with Deanna about the importance of a strategy when handling public relations and got her take on how she might handle things if she worked at the White House communications office.
