Officer Chad Hayman was patrolling Main Street in Tremonton, Utah, at 2am.

He saw a man with a rifle looking into Western Billiards.  Earlier that evening, this man had been in a dispute with some of the people there.

Officer Hayman confronted the armed man, who then fled.  Hayman pursued and was able to arrest him safely.
