- Being scalable and cost efficient are key. You want to maximize your budget for your product.
3PL’S have benefits in cost savings, having fulfillment centers, and software. It helps you be the most cost efficient company. Everything is cheaper + faster.
When looking for a 3PL look for :
- Similarities with other clients – do they look similar to your business? – size, income, and inventory.
- Look for security, the building, employees.
- Will they represent the quality and morals of your brand.
If you look into using a 3PL – try to minimize steps for maximum outcome. more steps = more time.
