六集由真實個案改編的單元戲劇，描寫當下社會、家庭、個人等問題，以及社工在其中的角色與專業工作。
題材包括不同類別的社會服務與個案:青少年深宵外展（青少年面對逆境）、長者（抑鬱長者）、小學學校社工（單親家庭照顧的幼童）、家庭及綜合服務（共同管養子女）、戒毒（職青濫藥）及復康（照顧智障人士）。
透過故事，期望反映當下社會問題，亦呈現社工的工作真象。
