• Sarah had a deep need to control the things around her including her business
• Despite the business’ success it came to a plateau as Sarah was at her capacity which meant she could only take on additional clients with support
• As we dug deeper into the situation it turned out Sarah had this pattern as a way to stay safe during childhood
• She learned early on to depend on herself and that it’s hard to depend on people, making it very hard to trust anyone with her business
