About: Anna Thellmann: She helps women ditch toxic relationship standards by boosting their confidence to feel empowered to choose the partner they deserve and desire. I do this by shifting their mindset from worthless to worthy, combining coaching approaches, psychological theories and NLP.

- Regularly posting content but it seems to fall on deaf ears
- A lot of interaction on posts but not a lot of buyer requests
- Stagnant growth that is very much not consistent but instead very sporadic
Anna's Key Insights And Takeaways:
- Due to history of needing to defend herself around how Anna showed up her default was to always be on the defense when it came to visibility
- This caused her content to be a ‘step removed’, meaning she would describe the stories and break down the concepts but not allow herself to show up fully and authentically
- This defense state didn’t really allow her to connect with her audience
- She was projecting this outwards as ‘Why don’t they accept my individuality’? When the reality was she herself was not accepting her own uniqueness
