Katrina Summers is the Founder & CEO of KSB Sales & Marketing Agency.
She is a fierce, bold, and fearless leader powering the whole agency operation. With over 10 years of corporate sales management and overseeing $80 million+ in revenue under her belt, it’s safe to say that corporate sales is her true passion.
She’s laser-focused on empowering her clients to level-up their confidence, business, and — most importantly — their lives.
Key learnings and takeaways:
- As someone who runs a successful business Katrina got caught up in her own success and started taking on work that wasn’t aligned with the grand vision she had
- She was operating in her zone of excellence (the things she’s good at and gets paid for) vs. her zone of genius (the things that lights her up) which was sales and leadership
- As a master strategist she also realized that none of the issues she was facing was due to a lack of clarity in how to proceed forward to pivot her business, her issues were in not executing on what she knew
- As we probed deeper that probing revealed that she was actually afraid of disappointing people, which transfers back to childhood patterns
- The irony was that she was actually disappointing someone - the most important person, which was herself
- The hesitation she had on executing was really about prioritizing not disappointing others at the expense of herself
- She realized that the level of her business growth and transition is directly tied to her realizing her own growth and transition in herself
