What is consumerism?
At the core of consumerism is an active competition for revenues.
Businesses must provide the best possible product or service to consumers. If they are not the best, then the customer will go to a competitor.
That trend forces companies to look at the specific reasons why people purchase items, allowing them to create goods or services which meet specific needs.
