冬至是中国古代最早制订出的一个节气。这一天北半球昼最短夜最长，过了这一天，白昼开始一天比一天长了，“阳”气逐渐回升，因此是个吉利的日子。所以，在中国农历中非常重要，是中华民族的传统节日。
