過去曾在米其林餐廳─L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon （侯布雄法式餐廳）工作過的Stanley與太太Satomi，倆人終於在經歷了重重挑戰後，於2017年正值聖誕佳節氣氛的12月，在波爾多市中心開了自己的日法甜點店「Pâtisserie S」。
