Simonis out with a new book, Find Your Why: A Practical Guide for Discovering Purpose for You and Your Team. This is the follow-up to his first book, Start With Why, which was a global bestseller. In the latest book, he's addressing the concerns that arise with why... can you have more than one why? He says NO. I wasn't kind of surprised by that.
