This week Claudio Alessi, a man with a seemingly endless list of championships and achievements, tells Joe that all of it boils down to service.  Joe Desena talk with the Swiss Ski team’s team mental coach who has over 50 years of martial arts training and is a 7 time world champion - he even won the Arm Wrestling World Cup in 1996.
