how do we identify the misconceptions of breaking out of shame? love your neighbor AS yourself. special guest kris vallotton joins wes and ryan in a riotous podcast talking about their favorite subject; themselves. if you don&#8217;t love you, you won&#8217;t love them, meaning everyone else. confidence comes from identity, and identity comes from god.  developing a healthy soul is essential in our social interaction. our souls NEED attention.
the more we value someone, the more worried we are for rejection. when we believe we’re not the right one for ourselves, we’ll never find the right person. love is the key.
