I love American football and I look forward to watching the games when I have a break. That means I usually don't get the chance to watch the games LIVE. SO, I'm VERY careful NOT to read the newspaper or check the news on the internet OR talk to my friends BEFORE I watch the game because I know there will be information--I don't want to know!! I want to watch the game "as if it were LIVE"!!! Today's expression is perfect for this situation--and the expression is even MORE common for TV shows and movies, too! So LEARN IT!!!
