When the early lead generation sites came on the scene, they were all the rage.  A new way for agents to connect with prospective buyers and sellers - and for many, a way to avoid picking up the phone to prospect.  It worked -- for awhile.  In 2007, according to NAR, the average real estate team got a 38.5% ROI on their online ad spending.
