There are those of you who out there who only give your best when it seems likes the “right opportunity”. You continue to only give 70% or 80% and you never go 120 all the time. I need you to stop that today and make a choice to be excellent everyday in all that you do. What you fail to realize is there is no other way to greatness except giving 120% effort at all times.
