Guest: Sheryl O’Loughlin, the former CEO of Clif Bar, Co-founder of Plum Organics and author of Killing It: An Entrepreneur's Guide to Keeping Your Head Without Losing Your Heart. Sheryl is currently CEO of REBBL super-herb beverages.

Story: A rising star in the marketing world, Sheryl left a career in a mega-corp to join them fledgling CLIF Bar. She eventually rose to CEO, introducing the Luna Bar, before leaving to found her own company, Plum Organics.

While that business took off, the demands of the job, along with the collapse of a family business led to relentless stress that opened the door to a devastating eating disorder. After an "intervention" from friends and a long road back, she stepped back in to head up mission-driven beverage company, REBBL, but now with a different lens on work and life.

Big idea(s): It's not enough to build a business or brand, you also need to find a way to honor your health and relationships along the way.
