This used to host really interesting discussions about sleep, nutrition and fitness, but now seems to be just a coupla dudes who think their opinion is extraordinary. Want to hear how one guy go into 5min detail about how he cooks his steak? Then this is for you!! If not, then keep searching.

The Onnit Podcast was already up there with the greatest, but Kyle (the new host) is taking it to a new level. As an 8-year UFC veteran his knowledge of human optimization is through the roof. Iâve actually had the privilege of meeting him, and heâs full of great insights on everything from ketotic diets to wearables and supplements. The pipeline for the show sounds amazing, and I canât wait to hear more!
I been listening to the onnit podcast since 2015 and the show has evolved and changed host and Iâm glad I got the opportunity to listen to the first episode with Kyle & Uriah. Discovered Onnit through the JRE, and love their products, especially the primal bells. I was skeptical of the THO podcast at first, but after listening to it I'm hooked. Really suprised at how little time is spent on self promotion too. They get straight to the topics, all of which I find intersting. This may be a corporate cast, but it's a legit one that deserves your time. Keep up the good work Onnit cats. Great company, great people, great podcast!

The Total Human Optimization was never something that I would listen to; I normally subscribe to podcasts about video games and the NFL. However, the rotating hosts present the information in a way that makes sense, and they don't make you feel like a lesser human. Lando in particular is humorous and self-deprecating enough to put anyone at ease. I listen to every episode, but Alex McMahon my favorite guest so far.
Love listening to the podcasts. I found #100 very helpful. It makes me understand some of the simple pitfalls to avoid. Great job and keep up the good work.
