Show notes
Jeff Browning has been running ultramarathons since 2001 and has racked up a string of victories, course records, and lessons from around the world.  I got a chance to speak with Jeff about a number of issues important to MUT runners.
In this interview we talk about:

* How he’s stayed relatively injury-free for 15 years.
* Racing across glaciers in Chile and the importance of avoiding crevaces.
* The insanely technical trails on Mt Fuji and what it’s like running without eyeglasses.
* Having a “no DNFs” attitude, but having to pull the plug at UTMB.
* How we can all shave significant time by efficient aid station visits.
* Whether or not Max King will kill my parents this week.

Jeff is 44, he lives in Bend, Oregon, and is a Patagonia Trail Ambassador and Altra Endurance Team Athlete.
