In this video, I will be going into detail on how those we surround ourselves can either lift us up or bring us down.   And guess what?   We rarely notice the influence of the people around us. In fact, it reminds me of the quote:   “You are the average of the five people  you spend the most time with.”  Jim Rohn   If you haven't heard of this quote before, don't worry, I'll explain more about the meaning in the video.   The point is, it is crucial to become conscious of how people influence us, as usually the effect of those people can be detrimental to our success, happiness and health.   Fear not...I am not saying we "must" cut ties with those people, although we can, but we can also modify and inspire those who bring us down.
