MIND, BODY & SOUL CONNECTION WITH YOGI RACH ROBERTS
Rach Roberts is a 23-year-old social work graduate and a recently trained Yoga teacher, she is also a lover of music, dance, art and books. Rach has been through a pretty big lifestyle shift over the past 6 months which all started when she packed up to go to India and spend 6 months travelling and learning. Rach started off with her Yoga Teacher Training in the foothills of the Himalaya's, the source of where Yoga began, and then... COVID hit. It was a blessing in disguise as it meant she extended her teacher training and did 500 hours rather than the usual 200 and picked up some amazing skills.Rach is now growing an emerging business, and digging deep into who she is and what she wants from this life. She has truly been on a journey into finding her balance as she becomes real with what she needs that is important to her and how to sustainably grow from that. Rach has now been sober for nearly 5 months which is a big shift from how she was living before to illustrate this. Rach has her business, Yoga Mirror which is all about using the ancient practice of Yoga as a technique to look deeply into ourselves and work on, develop, enhance or define what it is about ourselves we want to reflect in life off the mat. It is also about giving people in need of the body therapy that comes with a Yoga practice the opportunity to have one, despite financial or other circumstances. This is achieved through the mirror events that Rach ran last week and will continue to run. We absolutely loved chatting to Rach and hearing how she transformed her life and is now helping to the same for so many other people. @yoga_mirror
