When it comes to self-love, you might be confused. I remember I was, it sounded like a great concept.
And then, I wasn't really sure if it was possible. Like how? How am I supposed to show myself love? What does that look like? I came to realize a bunch of things that I'm sharing in today's episode.
It has helped me with my anxiety and self confidence. It's the best thing to work on your relationship with yourself. And contrary to common belief, it's NOT selfish.
