I love hearing you guys every week. You guys are so helpful on lots of topics. I really like Christopher when he drops by as well. It is so hard to wait for the new podcast every week!!
I LOVE your videos and to be honest I was a bit skeptical I would enjoy listening to you guys in a more serious avenue... but I love it! Makes me laugh and think and I get to learn new stuff! Itâs great!
You guys rock. Keep em comin
This is great....real talk, real emotion and humor all wrapped up in one podcast! I listen to this while walking, traveling, cooking dinner, etc and itâs a blast! So thanks Kim & Penn!! Itâs my new favorite! â¤ï¸
Listening to your story about Ruby. I had the same thing happen to me a year ago. Our beautiful husky was overprotective of our family to the point I was so scared he was going to hurt someone. He was so loving and wonderful with us and I had such a special bond with him. We found him an awesome home and he is doing well but I still miss him so very much. I feel your pain but you did what was best for everyone including Ruby.
I look forward to every episode each week. Itâs the highlight of my week for sure! Keep on being awesome!
You guys are so funny! I have watched almost every one of your YouTube vids! Luv the pod! ð
I just listened to this episode tonight and Iâm so grateful for your insights! Today was a rough day and this discussion helped me put it in perspective and see it in a new light. Thank you for your positivity and, of course, your optimism, and for sharing your lives with us in such an honest way!
I love how you guys talk about REAL life! Everything you guys talk about is relatable and makes me laugh in solidarity!
I love this podcast- even my husband listens before and after work! You guys are so fun and insightful, and honestly, I think listening is starting to make us a stronger couple because we are both thinking of ways to improve that we might not have before. I hope you guys keep going for a long time!
This podcast never disappoints! Topics so real and interesting I canât wait for each new episode! I always end up laughing out loud because either Kim or Penn (or both) always ends up saying exactly what is going through my head during the discussions. With structured but still spontaneous discussions , each episode is fun to listen to!
I have enjoyed listening to your adviceI feel like Iâm married to an exact opposite of myself and your podcasts have been helpful
I love how open and honest Penn & Kim are in every episode. The way they just put everything on the table is very encouraging. I laugh and cry during almost every episode and canât wait for the new ones to release every week.
I listen to a lot of podcasts and the Holderness Family Podcast is my absolute favorite. Not only do I enjoy listening in to their family life, they also have such interesting guests on their show. I love how they are working on self and family improvement and the rest of us get to learn along with them. The Holderness family is so genuine and hilarious. Such a pleasure to listen to!
I listened to the episode about staying in like with your partner. I loved how they talked about the realities of how a date night sometimes just is impossible. It helped me realize Iâm not alone in that struggle.
Iâve listened to this one twice already & will share this one with husband, kids, family & friends. Unreal goodness here...amazing, thought provoking & powerful!
I listened to the 2/11/19 podcast first and that one really pulled at my heartstrings. Then I had to go back to the beginning and have been binge listening. Iâve been very entertained! They make me laugh through their stories and banter. I can relate to much of what they say. Super enjoyable!
Loved the London Podcast and am guessing it was done PRIOR to food poisoning... perhaps a place you were suppose to tip and didnât so they gave you special treats! Haha! Just kidding! There is nothing worse than being out of town and sick ð·ð¤®! As always a great podcast even with no karaoke there in London!!
It wasnât awful Kim. I loved it. So entertaining. I listen while working out!
I love this podcast! They talk about a lot of relatable topics and itâs funny! I always find myself smiling while listening to it. Keep doing what youâre doing Holderness fam!
Iâve watched Penn and Kimâs videos on Facebook for quite a while. Then I saw they had a podcast. Iâve only listened to 1.5 episodes and the topics are right on with our life right now! Been married 10 years and this is just what we need to laugh and get through this crazy season!
Kim and Penn are fun to listen to. Every episode I learn something new and feel like we are all in the same struggles of life together. A fun podcast!
Thank you for being honest about your life and bringing smiles and joy to my mornings!!
LOVE the Holderness Family podcast!!! Kim & Penn are so authentic and truly give listeners a view into their lives and relationship. They have great guests who truly inspire listeners to improve. Every episode has at least one gem but usually handfuls! My husband listens too (he got hooked after a weekend away where I asked him to listen with me) and we will chat about our thoughts on the latest episode. Even my kids will ask to listen to the Holderness podcast in the car!
So appreciate the Holdernesses tackle real family and marriage issues with authenticity and humor!
I love this...you guys make me laugh and seem relatable with your videos but the podcast takes it to another level! I love your transparency and relatability in topics!
When I first saw their videos, years ago, I felll in love!! So clever, so funny! And so incredibly talented. Then, after awhile, they just seemed too perfect, like everyone else in the media. When I started listening to the podcasts though, I realized how "real" this family is, and how relatable they were, and greatly appreciated their authenticity. The podcast on SAD was great, as the one about "liking" your partner. Most recent. I am a podcast fanatic, with 3 kids and a husband of 20+ years (I listen to podcasts driving to work, walking the dog, falling asleep, etc), and this has truly become on of my top 5 of all time. ;) Thank you Holderness Family. (PS - my heart breaks for your situation with Ruby and I think you are absolutely doing the best thing. It is too personal for anyone to judge.) Jen
I started listening to a podcast from last summer choosing a topic that I thought sounded interesting. for some reason it automatically plays the previous podcast working backwards - so I just let it go. The topics never seemed to matter that much because they ramble all over the place and itâs so funny!!ð¤ª. I made I through # 1 and # 2 yesterday - both so funny I was laughing so hard I was crying. Ppl around me in traffic mustâve thought I was losing it. Then today it auto-played the new one from today. Again...crying! But this time listening to the pain in Kimâs voice as she talked about Ruby- heartbreaking. So - I just love these two. The are so real, so authentic. I just love you guys- Penn and Kim!! Iâm telling everyone I know to listen to you guys
Your Valentineâs Day episode had me crying, laughing, and nodding along all in one go. I love you guys!!!
I have been binging this podcast this entire week from the beginning and Iâm almost caught up to date. Love the serious and funny mix & that you talk about some issues facing us all including struggles & successes in your marriage, parenting, business, relationships, etc. I find myself literally laughing out loud and feel like Iâm sitting in the room with you guys. Thanks for being YOU!
I love the format of the show, the back and forth between Penn and Kim. The topics can be both entertaining and helpful depending on the week. Please keep up the great work and donât change a thing!
I am a single person in their young 20s with no children and/or dependents, and I still find this podcast relatable, educational, intriguing and funny!
Thank you for these insights into your family life. You feel like friends and the topics integrated with my family life with three young kids, a business and a spouse who is a stay at home that doesnât always fit stereotypes. We love your videos and now, I love your podcasts, too!
I'm pretty sure my husband and I are the Californian version of Penn and Kim. Your long lost soul couple. Your latest marriage podcast was so good, funny and totally relatable to my husband and I. Thank you for your willingness to share your lives and your marriage with us. You guys are the best!
Penn shui ððð!! Iâm with Kim on closet cabinets and pushing in chairs but still, so hilarious!
I am an eleven year old and I love your videos and podcast. Keep up the work and mindsets.
I just finished listening to all available podcast episodes and I really love listening to you guys! Iâve appreciated listening your guests and your perspectives on life and marriage and kids. I have been watching your videos since you started with âChristmas Jammiesâ and I just really love your energy and positivity and âdown to earthâ ness! It feels like I know you even though weâve never met! Please keep it up!
You donât know it Kim, but we are BFFâs. :) I have been driving 300 miles a day during the week for the past 3 weeks and for the next few weeks and I desperately needed a podcast to listen to! Thank you, thank you for doing this! I canât tell you how many times I pass trucks laughing out loud and thinking they must think Iâm crazy with this goofy smile on my face! Hah! I can so relate to your life and itâs just so fun! Keep it up!
You guys are so great! I love the pod cast! I have listened to all most of them!! You are so funny and inspirational!! The best!
The Holderness (Holdermess) Family Podcast is a hoot! Very funny. Kim and Penn bring their authentic selves to the show, it is endearingly relatable.Kudos for putting more kindness, empathy, joy and laughter into the world. Now all we need is more cowbell...
Just adore this couple and their energy! They are entertaining, uplifting and real all in one. Their ability to share the good and the tough of life and how they do it together is so encouraging. I look forward to each podcast and find myself laughing and agreeing with it all! Love the Holderness family!
I love your podcast so so much and you should have Pablo Lamon from top chef on your podcast . From Lina
You all crack me up!! Love that you now have a podcast. Boy, can I relate to Kimâs brain vs Pennâs brain! Just like my house!Looking forward to listening each week!
Just listened to How to Have Fun and Let Go - PREACH, KIM!! Thatâs me. Closing up the house while dad and kids have a tickle fight. Heâs the fun one taking them to play Lazer Tag and Iâm the fuddy duddy reminding them to wear protective gear and play fair. But after I listened to this, Iâm making a point of taking a breath and being part of the fun. Thank you for your honesty! (Also, super glad Iâm not the only one!)
I love the lightheartedness of this podcast! They are so fun and relatable, and talk about topics that matter, but in a way that doesnât make you need to take a nap afterward. ðI listen to them while I jog, and am definitely laughing out loud st some points. Thanks guys for keeping me company and sharing your journey!
Five Stars!! Kim, you are my sister from another mister! Thank you for sharing your real life with us all. And Penn you make me laugh! You are so fun and uplifting especially since Iâm a âSADâ sister as well and have general anxiety and depression much like Kimâs. I look forward to listening every day for an hour of fun and laughs. (Iâm catching up!) Thank you both so much!!
Iâm new to Podcasts, but yours is the only one I love so much I subscribed to! My first!ð I look forward to the new one each Tuesday. I enjoy your REALNESS on day-to-day struggles & going through life as a fun, crazy family. Thanks!
It worked! It worked! Kim I used your advice on what questions to ask my Nonverbal 13-year-old daughter how her day was in the car. So I picked her up at lunch today and I asked her quested anything funny happened today? Instead of my regular how was school today? Well the response I got I wish you could have seen .....she started laughing and proceeded to tell me about a substitute teacher they had for French class . Iâm not sure what was so funny about him other than he didnât fit the description of the regular French teacher but just to have her converse with me is the most I have had her say this whole school year and I want to thank you for that. I listen to you guys every week and really appreciate your advice and use much of it! keep up the great work guys! Love from Kelly from Canada
A little late to the game but having been a fan of their videos for some time, I'm so happy they are doing a podcast now. They are so real, hilarious and completely perfectly imperfect. My commute just got a whole lot better with this to listen to.
My 8 year old son and I have been watching ALL your videos since the original Christmas Jammies. Thanks for putting so much joy and realness out in the world! The podcast is just another way to hear your good humor and I relate to, and learn from, so many of the topics you cover- thank you!!
