NEW FORMAT - DREW MANNING - INTERMITTENT FASTING

Lisa is joined once again by the fantastic Drew Manning.  He talk about Intermittent fasting which involves restricting your body from eating during a period of time and then eating within a certain window. For example, a very popular intermittent fasting protocol is 16 hours of fasting, followed by an eight-hour eating window.There are benefits to fasting, and with IF, all you are doing is extending that period of fasting a little bit longer to force your body to use up stored fat. This method is really effective at helping people lose fat, lose weight, but also feel energetic all throughout the day.
