Things like bulking, cutting, hypertrophy, deloading, maintenance, etc.
These can be VERY confusing, especially for the beginner. In fact, the beginner, in a lot of cases shouldn't even be over-complicating their strategy with cycles. Cycles aren't necessarily an expert-only strategy, but they certainly are NOT for the ultra beginner.
Inside this episode, these basic cycles are explained as well as some of the things that beginners should take into consideration before starting a cycle. There are plenty of things that can (and should) be done prior to starting cycling.
