Great find! Really good for my kids teeth care routine
Once I listened to Chompers, I fell in love with it. Itâs awesome! Fantastic! I used to hate brushing my teeth and I still hate to butnow, itâs a little better. Thanks Chompers! ð
After months of just having my kids listen to Chompers while they brushed their teeth (instead of me hovering, micromanaging, and supplementing their efforts), I was genuinely worried that they would have a terrible checkup and possibly cavities. Instead, they had a fantastic check-up where they were praised for their great brushing! Thanks to Chompers for training my kids better than I could have.
My daughter is 8 and she loooves chompers so it is now 3-9
My kids (3&5) have struggled with regular brushing, but now they are begging to get more âchomped timeâ each day. The fun stories, facts, and jokes keep them laughing while the prompts keep us on track and brushing for just the right amount of time.
This podcast saves me money at the dentist! My daughter loves brushing now!
This has made our morning and evening brushing routine so much more fun. Thanks Chompers!
Iâm in my 40s and I donât have kids but I listen to this everyday (twice) while I brush my teeth. Pathetic I know but itâs the best idea anyone has had ever in the history of the world. Even better than tooth brushing. I wish that they could make a more grownup version that maybe gives news headlines or something. Not that I donât enjoy the kid content but Iâm afraid that if a potential partner discovers that I listen to this I may be taken out of the gene pool completely.
I havenât had to argue with my kids about brushing their teeth since we started listening to Chompers several weeks ago. What a great idea and a fun podcast!
My kids are so hooked on this. They actually asked me if theyCould bush their teeth again.ð¤£ðð ð
Life changing for our 5 year oldâs toothbrushing/evening routine. It has become a family affair!
It is so amazing!!!!
We discovered this podcast a few months ago and (usually) really enjoy it. Itâs a great motivator for our 7 yr old to brush her teeth, and itâs easy for adults to listen to as well. *HOWEVER*, I have no idea why the word âBUTTâ is mentioned in some of these podcasts - they are geared towards children! And sorry, but not all kids know this word, nor do all parents think itâs appropriate to use (especially by the adult speaking in the podcast)! Last night there was a knock knock joke about a âButt Doctorâ, aka a Proctologist - WHAT??!! What parent wants to start a conversation with their child at bedtime about âMom, whatâs a Butt Doctor?â Chompers, PLEASE realize that your audience of children young enough to find this podcast interesting might not all love bathroom humor. Or at least provide some sort of âheads upâ in the beginning so parents can choose to skip that episode.
I have been listening and brushing along with my daughter. The show is fun and my teeth feel so much cleaner! But, I think you need to add a spit prompt in the middle o the session. I notice my daughter struggling to move her mouth and hold all the siliva in her mouth at once.
Chompers Is my favorite sport you get to learn about a topic every week! And it is great because we are doing topic writing in school. Iâ¤ï¸ chompers!-Mina Quinn Torres
Hi there I am fuzzy a creepy Guy hi
I love â¤ï¸ it! ððððððððð¤©ð¤ªð¤ððð»ð
In my kindergarten class, we would brush our teeth twice a day while our teacher, Mrs. Pickles, read to us from the encyclopedia while a timer ran for minutes. For this 29 year old, this is like 2-3 minutes of Kindergarten joy twice a day. ð¥°
I listened to this podcast almost every night it is quite amazing. I have one complaint only. There is a lot of advertising before the brushing part. Otherwise this is one of the best toothbrushing podcasts ever. You have also made brushing teeth much more fun for me and I am eight years old. I will never go back to brushing my teeth for 10 seconds. No I love brushing my teeth so so so so much. Thereâs some people who just hit brushing teeth no matter what. I used to be one of them. The stories are amazing and I listen to them so much. Please stop the advertising!Itâs the one thing that makes me very very very annoyed. But overall this is a very very very very very good podcast.
It totally works.
Tooth brushing for our 5 year old has become much easier since we started listening to Chompers!
My youngest is actually brushing her teeth without complaint and the kids love the quizzes and variety of topics. I also like that it doesnât use the data out previous app did. Good work Chompers!
This podcast is great! Way less toothbrush complaining. and if 2 minutes is too long play at 1.5 speed and it feels perfect and still better than our pre-chompers brushing routine.
Itâs a fun way to brush
I thought my almost 2 year old would be too young for this but it has been magic for our teeth brushing routine! He used to be wiggly and difficult. Now he asks to brush his teeth even when itâs not time!
This is crazy good. Thank you for getting my reluctant 7 year old to really brush his teeth. One request... if you could please ask them to brush the front of their teeth! It only mentions each side + the back and I always have to remind him afterwards to get the front.Heâd much rather hear it from you than me. ð¤£Thanks!!
Weâve tried lots of things to help us get through toothbrushing time consistently, and this is the winner! I think we all look forward to Chompers.
This thing is so crappie! My kids hate brushing their teeth more!
Our kids are 5 and 8 and weâve always struggled to maintain a brushing habit. Now they protest if we try to send them to bed without brushing their teeth! We got an Alexa just so they could turn on the podcast all on their own and brush while listening to the story and prompts. Thank you Gimlet! Now if you wanted to make something to help with the uphill battle around homework/reading...
We love this show, but it seems theyâre recycling episodes weâve already heard.
Both my kids canât believe theyâre actually brushing for 2 minutes. This podcast has made it fun rather than a fight to get them to brush their teeth. Theyâre entertained and end up with clean teeth. Itâs a win for everyone.
I am not sure who looks forward to this twice daily podcast more: me or my kids. :-)
Our sweet (almost) 3 year old hated brushing his teeth...enough that we started dreading the nightly routine! (Mornings are gonna be rough anyway, because...mornings.) Heard about Chompers through other Gimlet shows, decided to give it a try, and WE HAVE OUR BEDTIMES BACK! He LOVES it, looks forward to brushing, talks about âdoing Chompers!â, and is so proud of showing off his clean teeth!! Bedtime is once again the sweet routine that we all look forward to each evening. I thought it sounded a bit silly...this is hands down one of the most brilliant parenting tools Iâve ever seen. Gimlet crew, you are the best! Thanks so much for saving bedtime!
My son used to never brush his teeth for a full two minutes until he started listening to Chompers. Now he feels better about brushing and looks forward to it every night. He even started brushing in the mornings so he could listen. He says thanks Gimlet for everything!
Iâve never brushed my kidsâ teeth so long. Incredible.
My kids love this podcast (even my 11 year old, but she would never admit it to her friends). The only bummer is that since we are a divorced family and share time at another house, they keep hearing the same âThatâs FIVE in a row! Can you get to 10 in a row?â over and over, never getting to hear that theyâve beat any goals (this is through our Amazon Echo). Iâm not sure how this could be remedied, but I wanted to throw it out there anyway. Keep up the good work!
Iâm old, I donât have kids, but I love chompers! I always struggle to brush my teeth for long enough. With chompers the time flies by and I know Iâm not favoring one part of my mouth or neglecting another. I wish I had this when I was a kid! Thanks guys!
This show suddenly made it easy for my son to jump up and down with excitement to brush his teeth. I never thought he'd actually look forward to something that used to be such a chore. So thanks...it works!
This makes brushing teeth with our twin toddlers so much fun.
I got this originally to entice my 6 year old son to brush his teeth ..... for the love of ALL THAT IS HOLY please child brush your TEETH! Guys. It works. So much so that my 9 year old is now asking to do it also so we have a little tooth brushing party. And all is right in the world. ðð¼
So good and so helpful. YES!
You guys are geniuses! My kids, age 3 and 6, are brushing like champs. Plus, they have learned lots of new jokes!
My kids are loving this. Iâm always lecturing them about the proper amount of time to brush. This is perfect! They keep asking to brush their teeth.
I donât have kids and still loved it.
What a genius podcast niche to fill! Fun for my preschooler and for us... we never miss it, morning or night. Her favorites episode is the food week story about the witch's durian fruit--it's a repeat request! The whole series is totally repeatable (because kids), so we're enjoying the second time through just as much. Plus, it's turning out to be a gateway drug to other kids' podcasts, which is fun for us to share.
He loved the humor too.
Interesting and fun. Kids are finally not racing through brushing their teeth.
Brushing was a fight every day, but not with Chompers. Best. Idea. Ever.
My daughter actually looks forward to brushing while listening to Chompers. She loves the riddles. Sheâll brush for the entire 3 minutes and follows the directions. Thank you!
