Dr. Berg talks about what type of food triggers ketosis. Ketosis is the process where your body is running its engine o ketones instead of glucose. High fat or high protein diet is not going to trigger ketosis. Ketosis is triggered by the absences of carbohydrate. You want to keep your carbs intake to less than 20g. Fat is neutral but doing too much fat or eating fat frequently will trigger insulin.
