I just completed the mindfulness challenge and loved and appreciated everyday of it. This was my first introduction to mindfulness. I was not familiar with the term and loved the real world experience method of learning more about it and more about me. I would love to participate in more challenges. The only thing I would recommend it having an entire episode dedicated to the informing listeners about the ideology and benefits of mindfulness. I kind of just went with it but would have loved if I had more of a defined goal in mind.

I just started listening for a few weeks. I enjoy the meditations a lot but the reflections makes me so anxious to listen to. I wish the cadence and voice could leave a little space or be a little conducive to inner reflections and inner calm thoughts. Just a feedback
I love the combination of the weekly reflection and meditation! It is so helpful for me to listen to the reflection and then do the meditation after. Every week seems to be exactly what I need to hear. Keep them coming!
I just completed the 21 day meditation challenge and feel more grounded than ever. This was a great journey that I am excited to continue on my own. I would be extremely interested in a manifesting challenge as mentioned in the last episode of the challenges. Thank you and I look forward to more mindful Mondays :)
