Working with women across the globe, she's been studying how humans have been programmed to act, think, and behave in certain ways—and not always to someone's benefit. She has made it her life work to help people shares love letters written to their younger selves to help people discover the messages and lessons they were taught over the years that aren't true, but BELIEVE are true.
