Aron welcomes Dr. Preston Ward to the podcast this week.  Dr. Ward is the driving force behind Man Physio, the physical therapy program built for the outdoorsman.  Dr Ward traveled up to Riverton to give a hand on session for the crew here at Kifaru, helping give tricks and tips to longevity in the mountains.  He and Aron go over the items they worked on, and some of the things that many outdoor athletes could do to better improve their experiences on the mountain.  Lots of knowledge passed around this podcast!

Bruno Fallon
Aron welcomes Bruno Fallon back to the podcast.  Bruno is the Director of Operations for Born Primitive Tactical, retired military serviceman with 40+ years for active duty and DOD service.  As training, fitness, and health are paramount for both Bruno and Aron, they dive into diet, exercise, the sugar epidemic, and the importance of daily water intake.Little more about Bruno: Bruno retired in 2023 from a combined 40+ years of active duty and DOD government civilian service. His active-duty service was as a US Army Ranger, Special Forces operator, and Night Stalker flight lead. Bruno accumulated over eight years of combat/imminent danger service while on active duty. He then spent over a decade as a civilian with Naval Special Warfare Development Group in their operations directorate and as the director of urban training. Bruno was recruited by Born Primitive in late 2022 to develop our Tactical apparel and create a line best suited for law enforcement and global military units to better conduct their mission.

Aron welcomes Dan Gates to the podcast.  Dan works with CRWM or Coloradans for Responsible Wildlife Management.  They are one of the groups leading the charge against emotional wildlife regulation that have been plaguing Colorado as of late.  As a 501c4, they operate as political advocacy group that have a direct line to the capitol and work with many of the other conservation groups that many of us are a part of.  They discuss the past and present struggles that Colorado has had regarding wildlife regulation and the ballot based management decisions.
