We expect our kids to improve, others around us to grow and leave ourselves in the dust. These takeaways are helpful, insightful and well thought.
I love this podcast bc even if the topic isnât something I am interested in, I will still enjoy the discussion and thinking about the takeaways in ways I can use them. There have been some true nuggets of wisdom that have impacted my mothering in a HUGE way for the positive. I have cried and laughed listening to the interviews, and when I emailed Rachel when I subscribed to tell her thank you for doing this, her response was kind and heartfelt, which really meant a lot.
I have already written a review for Rachelâs podcast last year but I wanted to leave one again now. I was on a podcast hiatus and when I came back 3 in 30 was the first I listened to. I thought I was going to listen to only one episode before bed but soon enough I was three episodes in. Rachel is so eloquent in her thoughts and delivery. I love the topics she chooses and the guests she invites on, how she can be open and sincere, serious when she needs to be, light hearted when appropriate and hilarious to boot. Another thing I love that Rachel does for us âstraight-to-the-pointâ listeners is that she does just that! She is able to deliver such quality content in just thirty minutes. Thank you Rachel!
This podcast has legit changed my life not just as a mom, but as a whole person. Rachel is changing lives and Iâm here for it!!
Love Rachel and this podcast. She is so encouraging, interesting, and each podcast leaves me feeling strong and ready to be the best mom I can be. Iâve started telling everyone I can about her. I didnât use to be much of a podcast gal, but this podcast has me hooked.
I love this podcast! Itâs so great! She has wonderful subjects and presents them in such an easy way to remember and apply.
What I love most about this podcast is I can count on 30 minutes (not 45, not 54), which helps me easily work it into my schedule (usually driving, sometimes running), and the three takeaways are repeated multiple times (sometimes at the beginning, always during the description, usually in wrap-up, and always in the summary). This takeaways are not a big deal that you have to plan for weeks in advance, but rather tips and strategies that you can implement on the fly with kids, hubbies, work, etc. Love love love this!
I asked a friend for some advice on my kids. She said she has been listening to 3 in 30 podcasts and it's really helped her. I just started and I would completely agree, I listen while I'm cleaning and write down take always. I've learned a lot of simple ways to make life for my kids better without having to do drastic changes.
I really enjoy listening to 3 in 30 while getting ready in the morning. It has great content and easy, simple, steps to follow to make motherhood a little easier.
This is the podcast about being a woman, wife & mother I have been looking for! Every episode is thoughtful and insightful, and should you chose to use any of three takeaways presented in any given episode, they are things that are easy to incorporate into your life letting you gradually change into who you want to become.
I love 3 in 30! Every episode lifts me above my daily grind as a mom and gives great tips of how I can improve and be better in small, doable ways. Rachel is a delightful host and her topics are always relevant and thoughtful.
I love this podcast and hope it continues as my family grows! I love the insights and ideas to help you be successful as a mother and spend quality time with you family! Thank you Rachel! I hope I can remember all these wonderful tips as my little boy grows and we add more to our family!
First of all, Iâve never been the type of person to listen to podcasts. Yet, I heard about â3 in 30â last week and have been hooked ever since! As a new (stay at home) mom, I appreciate the wisdom and guidance Rachel and her guests offer, in the easily-digestible format of just 3 takeaways to practice in each episode. I love being able to browse by titles to choose topics that apply to me; listening while cleaning the house during my sonâs nap time has even made chores fly by! Iâm so inspired by Rachelâs personal stories and the help she offers to all moms out there. Thank you so much!
Listening to this podcast always provides me with meaningful advice or information that I can relate to and apply practically in my own home and life. So uplifting to know we are in a tribe of moms who are all figuring it out as we go and here to support each other!
This is one of a few podcasts I'm 100% committed to. Always something helpful and uplifting or eye-opening. LOVE this podcast.
I always love the weekends with my family, but Mondays have not been my favorite. Once I found this podcast, thereâs always at least one thing I look forward to at the beginning of the week. I am always uplifted and re-listen to every episode. I feel like I make a new friend each time I listen and that if I ran into Rachel, I would seem like I am catching up with an old friend. So much love and gratitude for this podcast, it makes a difference in my life.
This podcast format is my jam! I am hooked on podcasts, especially r/t parenting lately, but I cannot commit to the lengthy hour plus episodes that are so often found. This podcast keeps it short & sweet, with perfect recaps on top of that. This mama appreciates the perfectly timed bites of wisdom!
I had been trying to find a resource that I could relate to and help me in my journey as a not â20s - early 30s somethingâ mother. I found most podcasts unrelated able for my age, either they were too âyoungâ or lack the resources to aid you further. Rachelâs platform and quick focus has provided me with more tools in my tool box to make me a better Mom. I love the topics and take away format that allows you to do more on your time and dive further into the topic. Thank you for everything you are doing and for all mothers out there that think they are alone in this journey!!!
I feel like so many podcasts have good information but lack in entertainment or vice-versa. This is captivating enough to keep my attention, and the interviewer is a perfect balance of adding input without detracting from the guests. Totally recommend if every mom, no matter their parenting style!
This podcast is inspiring and empowering! Thank you, Rachel, for curating topics that are relatable and seem to come from your heart. I always come away with something practical and a smile on my face. :) Keep up the wonderful work!!! ð
What a beautiful podcast with uplifting speakers and enlightening topics! Rachel, thank you for being a spark of joy and hope in my day.
I love this podcast! Iâm glad I came late to the game so I can binge-listen when I need a little extra sanity in my home! It has given me so many good ideas of little things I can do to make motherhood happier and more intentional.
Iâm a mom of three, and like all other moms, can get caught up in the craziness of motherhood. This podcast is practical, straightforward and uplifting. I appreciate that itâs only 30 minutes. Grateful for this podcast and all the great women who make it happen!
As a mother of two young boys, I get a lot of useful information and tips from this podcast (not to mention encouragement!) as a âlinearâ thinker, it helps me immensely to know that Iâm listening for 3 takeaways, and that sheâll repeat (or the guest will repeat) the takeaways at the end. Having this structure allows the listener to relax and enjoy the podcast while itâs playing. If youâre a parent and especially if youâre just getting into podcasts (or if you listen to quite a few and are looking for something bite-size to add to your playlist), this is great one for you to check out.
I recommend this podcast to all my mom friends! 30 min is so short and itâs so awesome to takeaway 3 concrete things to make me better all around! Iâve taken so many small habits and implemented them in my family for food and we all love it!
3 in 30 has become my favorite podcast. Itâs a quick but meaningful 30 minutes that gives me 3 takeaways to help with my life as a woman and as a mother. Rachel is very relatable and extremely down to earth. I feel as if sheâs almost become a friend that I enjoy getting advice from.
I love that the podcasts are only 30 minutes long- weâre listening as moms so time is of the essence. Thanks for keeping that in mind! Love your topics!
I love this! I love the whole premise of this podcast. I love that there are 3 takeaways; not 10, not 20, just 3. I love that they are actionable things I can implement in my life. I love that they are short. And I love listening to Rachel! Sheâs articulate, sheâs calm, and sheâs real.
I just recently started listening to podcasts and was trying to find one about being a mom. I stumbled upon 3 in 30 & I am not disappointed!! I started from the beginning & just finished episode 20 - on friendship and being kind - Rachel said it would make her world if she got more reviews and set a challenge. Although a year later, here I am writing my review. When someone said their world would be made by a small gesture why wouldn't you do that small act of kindness!? I love the content, love that it covers being a mom, wife, and friend, and love that I also came across it & happened to share religious beliefs- just what I was looking for & needing. Hoping for an episode with tips, tricks, do's & dont's of raising a new born or being a new mom; expecting our first baby girl in April!!
Love that itâs the perfect length for busy moms. 30 mins of relaxed, relatable and helpful advice. Love listening while I clean or fold laundry!
I am SO grateful I stumbled across this podcast as it has been a blessing in my life! I listen while walking the dog in the morning whenever there is a new episode and I always return to my house with renewed energy and focus of being a better mom and me! I also have a Noah and love hearing his name over and over :)
She has great takeaways and brings experts onto the podcast.
I absolutely love this podcast. I love the content Rachel puts out, and I especially loves how she reviews each episode with takeaways, heaven knows that the ADD brain of mine needs the reminder. ð¤£
This is a great podcast! I love that it packs a punch with 3 concrete takeaway in each episode. I love that for me as a new mom, it is great info but NOT in an overwhelming way. Very actionable and digestible. Great job Rachel, keep up the great work! Wishing you lots of success!
I am a pediatrician and always trying to find helpful resources for my own family (I have a 6 and 9 year old) and for my patients...I have read many parenting books and articles and listened to many parenting conferences and podcasts. 3 in 30 is definitely in my top 3!! Itâs concise, itâs useful, itâs do-able for all families and it will absolutely change families lives if they listen. Thank you Rachel. Please keep up the amazing work!
Quick and to the point with excellent insight! One of my most favorite podcast. It helps me to be a better mom
This review is long overdue! I listen to Rachel and her guests weekly and have listened to past episodes over and over again! I love kindergarten pickup and trips to town so I can listen and learn. I love itâs POSITIVE vibe and APPLICABLE content. This podcast is applicable to EVERY MOTHER.
Such a great use of 30 minutes! Feels so beneficial to dedicate time to listening to this podcast.
Recently I was searching for a new podcast to uplift me, teach me, and challenge me. Thatâs what I found in 3in30 podcast. I am excited for the wealth of knowledge being shared and look forward to the next episode Iâll hear.
She is validating, sincere and a pleasure for the ears! Iâve learned so much in each 30 minute segment. Itâs my âme timeâ.
I love 3 in 30. Rachel is so genuine and lovely and her guests are perfectly curated by her. Her content is really helpful and I have enjoyed her podcast all year!
Love this so much!!!!!!!!
Rachel does an awesome job at being honest and real in her podcast. She chooses such good topics that apply to life as mom. Iâve learned to love her personality and donât get sick of listening to her voice. She is calm yet happy and excited. The 3 in 30 layout is so ideal for a busy mom life. The 3 take aways are easy to follow and keep your attention. ð
Iâve loved podcasts for years, but after becoming a mom I found I just didnât have the time for them like I used to. This podcast gets it. Itâs a 30 min format with 3 distinct take aways on topics I need to learn about. Plus, there are always resources for me to come back to when I have time during the week.
3 in 30 is my all time favorite podcast. Itâs the perfect amount of time, there is so much knowledge and goodness, and this podcast makes me feel BETTER about myself as a mom. We are all in this together, just trying to raise good humans and I feel inspired and uplifted after every episode. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who comes in contact with children, you definitely donât have to be a mom to enjoy it!
This is one of my favorite podcasts to listen to every week! Rachel chooses such great topics and has such wonderful guests. I have learned so much and taken away so much knowledge to help me as a mom.
Rachel does such a great job of keeping this podcast focused on practical and âdo-ableâ tasks to help us a all do a little better and enjoy motherhood a little more. She is so good at asking the questions that often come to mind when Iâm listening to her guest speakers. Itâs like like she knows me and my challenges. Iâm a podcast junky and 3 in 30 is the only podcast where I have listened to every single episode and always come away feeling capable and ready to conquer another day of motherhood! ðThanks for that Rachel!
Iâm so grateful for this podcast. Iâm so glad my sister introduced me to it. Love the episodesârelevant and meaningful.
Love the tangible, actionable items that are discussed each week. 30 minutes is the perfect length!
I just found out what a podcast was this past summer. I didnât think it was too easy to find a parenting podcast that I liked. 3 in 30 is the first podcast that kept my attention. I think the idea of three tips in 30 minutes is genius for busy parents. Thank you!
