Former team president and CEO, Terdema Ussery reportedly terrorized numerous female employees over the course of a decade. Mavericks' beat writer Earl Sneed was retained despite two domestic violence incidents; the second targeting a co-worker. Senior Vice President of the Mavs' HR department ignored numerous complaints levied against Ussery and Sneed.. Cuban has since fired Pittman and Sneed. Ussery left the team nearly three years ago. Cuban denies any knowledge of the sexual misconduct prior to SI's report last week. Former AT&T executive, Cynthia Marshall, has been named interim CEO.
