Cherie Aimee was dead for 90 minutes... And lived to tell the tale. This is one of the most incredible "No Quit" stories we've heard to date on this show. When Aimee died in the hospital, she credits one doctor in particular who went above and beyond to ensure his team did absolutely everything in their power to revive her. After multiple open heart surgeries, a bionic heart, induced coma's, and chronic pain that Aimee still deals with to this day, Cherie Aimee survived and made it her mission to make the most out of the second chance she was given. Recently, she spoke at a conference in front of all the people that contributed to saving her life. Aimee used 0 notes, spoke straight from the heart, and there wasn't a dry eye in the room. If it weren't for those doctors and engineers who worked as hard as they did, there would be no Cherie Aimee. The world would be without an incredible person who spends every day helping and inspiring others immensely and paying it forward.
