- On this episode, Ericka and I had a conversation on emotional spending and how it can derail your finances

- She shares how she worked through dealing with her emotional spending, and how she was able to adjust her mindset about money in order to pay off that nearly $100,000 in debt alongside her husband.
- She also shares what it’s like to live a debt-free life, one she has lived for the last 10 years, and provides actionable tips on how you can accomplish the same thing too including how to make yourself accountable, being ok with your emotions as a woman, being mindful of the positive emotions that can trigger emotional spending and more.
