I am a big podcast listener and will try out any podcast. Over the last few years Iâve started at stopped multiple podcasts out of boredom, or it was no longer relevant or entertaining. Almost 30 has stayed on my subscribed list and I look forward to it every week. They have such a great variety of guests that I am constantly absorbing and learning new things that I may have never heard otherwise. Also, Krista and Lindsay are just the most genuine hosts I have come across. It legit feels like Iâm just hanging out with them while I listen. Without fail, this is the one podcast that I can recommend to ANYONE because it reaches so many topics that any person can find something that they need to hear, even if they donât yet know it. I canât recommend this podcast enough and canât wait to see what the future holds for this podcast and all A30 nation that is inspired by their work every day. ðð¼
Always looking forward to Tuesdayâs and Thursday to listen to Krista and Lynds!
Iâm so glad I came across this podcast! I love how they bring on so many spiritual and wellness guests that have been so impactful to listen to. The most recent episode with Shaman Durek really was eye opening, on tapping into being a queen. Krista and Lindsey are so vulnerable and genuine in all their episodes, keep doing what youâre doing ladies!
The Lizzy Jeff episode, # 223. Please remind me that if at any point in the future i am feeling unempowered, uninspired, or lacking self-love, this is the MF episode. Your guests are always amazing but Lizzy Jeff and her use of âgoddessâ has me feeling some type of way. Iâve only been listening for a few months now, but I tell everyone about it... kind of annoyingly constantly. I just love krista and lindsey, and am so grateful to have stumbled upon this incredible space. They never cease to amaze me with their realness, rawness, insightful questions, sense of humor, & hidden talents (still laughing at your Australian accent). Keep on dreaming ladies and spreading this awesomeness, consciousness, and awareness. You are 20/10.
I had listened to an episode or two of this podcast, but wasnât really into podcasts until my relationship ended. I was in the process of moving out of my boyfriendâs house and put on episode 200 âFinding Purpose in Pain.â I was certainly in pain and was searching so hard for anything to bring me peace and hope. The drive to his house pretty much covered the pre-interview convo which I always love. The drive from his house, with my car full of the last of my belongings, lasted the length of the interview. By the end of it my emotions had done a full 180. I felt confident my soul had chosen this life. I was sure everything was happening just as planned. From then on I pretty much binged every episode and have learned SO much about myself, the universe, spirituality and so much more. I began really reaching out to friends and family for support. I joined the secret Facebook group and realized just how not alone in this journey I was. I have since become the Pittsburgh, PA ambassador. I talk about how this podcast changed my life every chance I get. I cannot thank you enough for creating such an amazing, supportive, powerful community.
5 FRIGGIN STARS. This podcast has created space for me and so many others. I so look forward to new episodes and get such inspiration from Krista and Lindsey. You two kill it. Such important content that promotes personal growth for all. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO. xx
Thanks for bringing such diverse content! I always look forward to listening and learning!
I am so glad I found this podcast and community! Thank you both for your honesty, humor, and education on so many important topics!
Funny, honest, bold and vulnerable - Awesome!
Love this podcast and the honest raw conversations theyâre able to have with their guests. These topics have assisted me in the great challenge of discovering and loving my true self. Thankful to stumble upon this in my late 20s :)
I love the variety of guests on the podcast and the fun nature of interviews. Definitely a great podcast for any girls around age 30 and even fun for those beyond!
I stumbled upon this podcast when Krista and Lindsey were guests on TBB podcast and fell in love with them immediately. They have turned my daily commute into a time when I feel grateful and eager to listen. They remind me to show gratitude, love myself first, and be powerful, but most of all they remind me to be the most loving, empathetic version of myself. I have embraced my transition into my 30s and truly feel excited about what lies ahead because of this podcast. I enjoy their lightheartedness and loving sarcasm about trying new things and their seriousness about spirituality, health, and equality. The new branding and intro ðð½ keep it up ladies! You really are inspiring women to make magic happen! ð«â¨
Literally the best podcast out there for women, under 30, over 30. Something for everyone, always. Whenever I am not feeling myself or feeling lost, they always seem to have what I need.
Love this podcast. They are extremely relatable and always have the best guest speakers - plus I love their sponsors. This has been a great outlet for me to feel sane and stay grounded throughout my day. We all need a sense of community and people to go to outside of your main circle of people and this community has has been just that. Thanks girls!
This podcast has actually changed my life. Krista and Lindsey are so much fun and have on the best guests. The things they talk about have really opened my eyes to a lot of new things and make me look at my life in a whole new way. I think the best part of the podcast is the community it has created. I have received some of the best advice from girls in the Facebook group from beauty and health tips to family and relationship advice. Because of this podcast, Iâve made some huge moves and decisions in my life. Thanks for everything you do! Canât wait to see you in NYC in October!â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸
this pod has given me so much encouragement in my spiritual journey and it is such a blessing to learn from these two gals & their guests. there have been so many resources that have pushed me in my self development as a woman in my early 20s & I couldnât recommend this pod/community more ð
As an almost-30 myself, itâs easy to get lost in the feelings that come with this transition and not notice that other people are feeling these same phases. I love the relatability and the fact that they bring on vulnerable and raw guests to discuss an intentional life. And theyâre funny. Lol
I was recommended Almost 30 by a coworker and immediately fell in love. Krista and Lindsey are so genuine and authentic and exactly what every woman needs to listen to. I constantly recommend it to other people and look forward to every Tuesday and Thursday for a new episode. So thankful to have such a bright podcast in my life. Lots of love.
Since listening to the Almost 30 episode with guest Millana Snow, I've become a huge fan of the show. Krista and Lindsay are so funny and thoughtful as hosts. They always find great guests to bring on the show. The Almost 30 Facebook community is also amazing! Love this pod!
Krista and Lindsey- thank you so much for this beautiful podcast. It has helped me feel so much less alone with my interests in holistic healing, spirituality, and all of the other amazing topics talked about.- and in turn, hearing your conversations with each other has helped me manifest similar friendships in my life whom I can talk to about these things. We are what we consume, and listening to this podcast every week and being part of this community has been changing my life and making me feel so understood! Thanks for spreading that HIGH VIBE conscious lovin, ladies!! Love you both. :) Tori
I have recently fallen in love with this podcast and listening to Krista and Lindsey. They are funny but also witty and informed. I appreciate that it's addressing a variety of topics with great guests that apply to women around the world. The Facebook groups have also become an everyday staple for me. It feels like an extended group of friends you can ask for advice and share life with. Thank you for this podcast ladies, much love!
My name is Marissa, and I first want to start this off my sincerely thanking the two of you for being so vulnerable and sharing your truth. I admire, appreciate, and respect each episode that comes out - and would consider myself a devoted listener. I want to especially thank you both for todayâs episode with Danika and Billy. Addiction was the foundation of my childhood, and I have experienced codependency at the deepest level - growing up with 2 parents battling addiction, recovery, and all of the things that come with it. For the early part of my life until about age 12, I experienced so much rage, anger, frustration, confusion, and above all sadness for what had taken place within my short life. I ached for the love of my parents. My mom cleaned up early, and my dad when I was about 5. Iâve been blessed to watch my mother grow and thrive after experiencing such darkness. My mother has taught me boundaries, while my father showed me the opposite. I say that with the utmost love for my father, but it has made for an interesting life. My own codependency comes in and out of my relationships today, even with all of the work that I have put in. Todayâs episode reminded me that I must always work MY steps. I am always a work in progress. To hear others talk about this is powerful for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for holding the space. It is so appreciated. â¥ï¸â¥ï¸â¥ï¸â¥ï¸â¥ï¸â¥ï¸â¨â¨â¨â¨â¨â¨
I look forward to listening to this podcast each week. It is uplifting, informative, and so real. Lindsey and Krista are great interviewers with just the right mix of professionalism while keeping it real. They learn along with us while interviewing guests. The newest episode 221 really took this podcast to a new level. I love how the podcast addresses topics such as addiction and holding space for addicts because it affects so many people. Many wellness podcasts focus on healthy people getting healthier, but this podcast does not leave anyone out and empowers all women to be their best and highest self. Thank you Lindsey and Krista!!
This podcast makes me feel so seen while living in an environment where I feel itâs really hard to share what I believe and feel and think sometimes. Thank you girls so much!
My favorite podcast to listen to by far! Every week I look forward to seeing what each episode is going to be about. No matter the guest or if itâs a solo episode, I always feel there is something relatable to my life at the moment. Krista and Lindsey are hilarious and even their intros bring my happiness! Love starting my day listening to these inspiring women!
Way to totally live your best life/kill it and make every one laugh a little a learn a lot. Yâall are strong smart women who genuinely care about each other and your message which is so nice to see! You have changed my life by letting my know that out of the box doesnât have to mean all alone. Thanks for creating a community to truly help the collective and know that you are bringing so much light to all who listen!
This podcast has opened my mind to the true stories of people that are making a difference in the world just by following their hearts. Including Krista and Lindsey - they are always working on themselves, re-evaluating and questioning the process of personal growth, I feel like I am living it with them! They are funny, honest, and sincerely great people. This is one podcast I don't skip through the intro ;) Always learning something new and love listening. Here's to 2K reviews!
Wow. When I say these girls are life-changing, I mean it. I discovered this podcast a little over a year ago (this review is long overdue BTW) and it was the catalyst that sparked my spiritual awakening. I found them at a time when I was going through some major post-college transitions and I felt completely lost, alone, and unfulfilled. After soaking up all of the incredible knowledge that they share each week, I've gone on to connect with my intuition, discover and pursue my dream career, & meet incredible like-minded friends through their secret Facebook group. I've laughed with these girls like they're my best friends and cried with them like they were my family. I look forward to every Tuesday and Thursdeay because I know I get to start my day with The Almost 30 crew. These girls are doing amazing things and I can't wait to see what they come up with next. <3
Iâm so obsessed, I am a college student living in NYC (moved from Columbus OH) and to say the least i have had to grow up fast af. Staying grounded and connected to my self and spirit was a goal of mine during this transition. Thank you for taking me deeper into topics that have already peaked my interest, you make doing the work and learning so easy and fun. Iâm tearing up on the subway thinking about how much Almost 30 has changed my perspective on transitions and given me the support and learnings i needed. I am beyond thankful for Lindsey and Krista because they are so real and are a reminder to me that it is âcoolâ to put yourself, your learnings, your health, and your intuition first. LOVE YOU GUYS
When I say life changing I mean it in the very literal sense, as I recently moved to LA because Krista and Lindsey have made such a big impact on my impression of the community here. I was ready for a big life change and as the stars aligned to get me here, a year ago a random person recommended I listen to this âAlmost 30â podcast. LA is the last place I thought I would land because my perception from the east coast was superficiality but getting to know the girls and falling in love with their authentic, funny, down to earth selves, and all of their guests just the same, I began to reshape my perception. So much that I felt drawn to move here! They have felt like friends through a year I was lost and alone in my career and when they say their listeners are their friends I really feel they mean it; at their Boston event they took the time to hug us and talk to us each, they even reply to every message I send to them on Instagram. They walk their talk and Iâm so proud of the growth theyâve seen, they deserve it and WOW itâs only just begun! Thank you beautiful humans I hope to see you again at an event near by!
