As kids age, they get less than the recommended sleep. Sleep is important for growth, both physical, emotional and cognitive. In this episode, Erin shares how to setup bedtime to ensure enough sleep, how to have smoother bedtimes and mornings to allow for more downtime for parents and sleep for everyone, as well as how to make switching the clocks and therefore bedtimes and wakeups go much smoother.
