Pay close attention to your hands.

Take a moment to acknowledge your tidying efforts. 

Minimise the amount of times you handle things. 

// Washing the dishes:

Pay attention to the different sensations. 

Play music, listen to a podcast or use a breathing technique. 

// Practising minimalism:

Clean out your closet, jewellery, kitchen appliances, beauty products, linen closet etc of things you don't need or love anymore. 

Be conscious about the decisions you make about what to keep.
