Beth Comstock was the Vice President of General Electric. And before that, she was President of Integrated Media at NBC. Both of those titles are proof that she figured out how to rise up in the most competitive corporate environments. She had to figure out how to spot trends, generate ideas, speak up, and so on. And she recently wrote about it all in her book, “Imagine It Forward: Courage, Creativity, and the Power of Change.”
