On this episode my guest is the amazing Tai McNeely who is the founder of hisandhermoney.com, alongside her husband Talaat. They also have an incredible podcast and YouTube Channel called “The His & Her Money Show”. In this episode Tai shares the initial challenges she faced managing money in the early days of her marriage including working with her husband to pay off over $30,000 of debt in their first year of marriage.We talked about how financial roles can change in a marriage, setting goals as a couple, managing disagreements about money etc and Tai shares some key advice on how to be successful doing all of these things together with your significant other - the key ingredient?
